Scott dives into the important role that structured data fed into tailored, internally-built, monitoring tools plays in enabling them to assess, in real-time, the impact of underwriting and scoring model changes on portfolio performance. Already serving more than one-in-ten SMEs in the UK, Tide sees the Credit Flex product as a way to address the well-known SME working capital gap by enabling customers to either split already made payments or new payments across multiple months.
